Pricing FAQ

Who pays the service fee?
By default the merchant does: it is deducted from the credited amount. You can change this in the console, or pass is_fee_paid_by_user when creating a payment, so the fee is added to the amount your customer pays.
How are network fees calculated?
Auto-settlements and payouts are charged the chain’s network fee at the time of sending. You can estimate it beforehand with GET /v1/payout/fee.
Does the sandbox cost anything?
No. The sandbox runs on blockchain testnets, test coins have no value, and there are no fees.
Can we negotiate lower rates?
Yes. If you process high volumes or have special requirements, email us at support@ewin888.com.
Do rate changes affect existing payments?
No. Each payment records the rate in effect when it was created; changes apply only to new payments and are announced in advance.
